This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote or subscribe to our notes, we receive what you type into the form: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about the property. We don't use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, and carry out any appraisal you engage us for. If you subscribe to our notes, we use your email address only to send them. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a form-processing service. Appraisal work files are kept confidential as required by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and we disclose assignment results only to the client, to parties the client authorizes, or as required by law or by a state appraiser regulatory agency.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent, or unsubscribe from our notes at any time, by emailing hello@calilandappraisal.com. Records that USPAP requires us to keep for completed appraisals are kept for the required period.
